Stretching 4 km, this tunnel is a vital connection on the N1 highway, though vehicles carrying hazardous materials are not permitted to use it.
Worcester
Continuing along the journey, travelers pass through Worcester, the largest city in the Breede River Valley, located 120 km from Cape Town. This historic town is well known for its wine production, contributing to the rich viticultural heritage of the Western Cape.
