1) Acceptance
of terms
By browsing our
website, requesting a quote, and/or making a booking, you accept these Terms

2) Bookings,
pricing & availability
- All tours/services are subject to availability and may change due to supplier
availability, weather, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond

- Prices, routes, places of interest,
destinations, hotels and restaurants are subject to
availability and change. (daytours.co.za)
- Departure and arrival times are approximate. (daytours.co.za)
- Minimum passenger numbers may apply to tours. (daytours.co.za)
3) Payment
- Payment terms may differ by product and will
be confirmed at booking.
- Card payments are accepted (as per our FAQs). (daytours.co.za)
- Cash payments (where applicable) must be made in South
African RAND, unless otherwise arranged. (daytours.co.za)
- For some services, full payment is
required either via the website or as

- VAT: All tour prices

4) Guides &
languages
- Foreign language guides (including German,
French, Spanish and others) are available on request (subject to

- Tours are conducted by a SATOUR
registered tourist guide (as per our FAQs). (daytours.co.za)
5) Vehicles,
safety & insurance
- Our vehicles are insured substantially
for passenger liability. (daytours.co.za)
- Guests must comply with reasonable safety
instructions from guides/drivers and any rules imposed by
venues/suppliers.
6) Luggage
& personal items
- Luggage and personal possessions are carried

- African Eagle accepts no
responsibility for loss or damage to luggage or personal

- Please keep valuables and travel documents
safe at all times. (daytours.co.za)
7) Hotel
check-in / check-out (general guidance)
In South
Africa, hotel check-in is generally from 14h00 and check-out
is before 11h00. (daytours.co.za)

Cancellations & refunds
Day tours
(standard policy):
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour (full refund). (daytours.co.za)
- No-show / non-presentation: full cancellation fees apply. (daytours.co.za)
Extended /
multi-day tours:
- A 20% deposit is required
upon booking (unless otherwise stated). (daytours.co.za)
- Cancellation fees (unless otherwise stated on

- 60 to 31 days: 25%
- 30 to 15 days: 50%
- 14 to 2 days: 75%
- 2 days: 100%
Tour-specific
conditions:
Some products have additional requirements (example: Robben Island requires full
prepayment and a passport copy two weeks prior to

9) Rates
validity
Unless
otherwise stated in writing, advertised rates are valid until 31
October 2026 and may be updated thereafter. (daytours.co.za)
Privacy &
POPIA (summary)
We are
committed to protecting personal information and processing it lawfully in

A) Consent
Where
processing is based on consent, it will form part of the agreement with you.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness
of processing before withdrawal, and you will not suffer detriment for

B) Sharing
information (operators)
We may share
personal information with third-party operators under an operator agreement
(e.g., payment processors, email tools, data storage providers, server
hosts) solely to provide services to you; they must implement appropriate
