Day 1 : Joli GuestHouse, Maputo

Previously called Lourenco Marques, Maputo is Mozambique's largest city and home to the country's most famous harbour. It is well-equipped with a wide selection of hotels, supermarkets, restaurants, a vibrant cultural scene and open-air sidewalk cafes lining the streets. Visitors can stroll down the jacaranda-lined streets of the Baixa neighbourhood in the Old Town, explore the Praca da Independencia square, discover the Neoclassical City Hall and view the unique bronze-domed Maputo Railway Station. Other popular activities include visiting Catembe and Ponta d'Oura's beautiful beaches as well as snorkelling and scuba diving in the warm Mozambican waters.

With a prime location in the quiet Sommerschield neighborhood, there is no better place to relax after a busy day. Day 2 - 4 : Anvil Bay Lodge, Maputo Special Reserve

Measuring just under 1,500 km², this expansive region links a mosaic of marine, coastal and inland landscapes that offer significant conservation value and potential for high-value tourism. It is also renowned for its population of over 400 elephants that graze in large herds on the open floodplains or explore the dense dune forests.

Day 4: Joli GuestHouse, Maputo

After breakfast, you drive through the Park to your Guesthouse in Maputo. Your driver will drop you off at Feima for lunch (not included), and then you're off on a guided tour of the city! You'll discover the secrets of Maputo and soak up its vibrant, colorful, and post-colonial atmosphere

• All our vehicles are insured substantially for passenger liability
• All tours are subject to minimum 2 of passengers
• Hotel check in takes place from 14:00 and check out before 11:00 in the morning
• Luggage and personal possessions are carried at your own risk

• For extended tour a 50% deposit is required upon booking
• Cancellation fees will be charged on extended tours

• 30 days -> 20 days before departure: 80% of the total cost of the trip 20 days -> 1 day before departure: 100% of the total cost of the trip

TRAVEL POLICY :

• A visa is required for Mozambique. A passport valid for at least 6 months after the return date is required for Mozambique.

BOOKING POLICY :

• A deposit of 60% is required to confirm your trip. The balance must be paid one month before departure. Please note that, depending on the date of confirmation of your stay, the exchange rate is currently very volatile, and this may have an impact on the price of your stay. Obviously, any confirmed stay will not be subject to an increase due to the exchange rate.
